Carol Fishman Cohen is the CEO and Co-founder of career reentry consulting, training and events company . iRelaunch produces the , has worked globally with over 200 clients on return to work programs and programming, and leads a community of over 100,000 "relaunchers." iRelaunch has led hundreds of trainings for managers, recruiters and participants in return to work programs. In addition to its work with individual employers, iRelaunch co-leads the with the , a multi-employer initiative involving 34 leading employers launching and running in-house return to work programs.
