As a Human Resources Intern, you鈥檒l play a hands-on role supporting the HR team across a range of functions鈥攆rom talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development. You'll gain exposure to real projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and build foundational skills for a future career in HR. Responsibilities could include: Collaborating on the development and implementation of initiatives and solutions to improve performance and processes such as: 鈥eviewing employee engagement survey data and creating a new method to display the results 鈥ssisting with employee communications and recognition 鈥anaging reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our organization 鈥reating strategies for New Hire Orientation
