This Sourcing Analyst position will support the Global Product, HR, Travel and Professional Services Category Sourcing teams by executing procurement, analytical and sourcing administrative activities. Focuses on operational excellence in procurement, ensuring efficient and effective procurement of goods and services. Requires strong analytical skills, a background in supplier management, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across various departments and regions. Supports the Senior Manager, Sourcing Shared Services in ensuring the team operates smoothly and meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and Sourcing:ÌýIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers, support formal sourcing events and negotiations, and monitor supplier performance.
- Operational Excellence:ÌýEnsure efficient procurement and sourcing, support continuous improvement initiatives, assist in managing the Ariba Intake process and maintain internal sourcing tools and / or Teams sites
- Data Analysis and Reporting:ÌýGenerate regular reports and analysis on sourcing activities, performance metrics, and cost savings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:ÌýCommunicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, act as a liaison between the sourcing team and other departments, and assist the Category Leads in coordinating with stakeholders.
- Supplier Relationship Management:ÌýDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor supplier performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management:ÌýEnsure compliance with Visa’s policies and procedures, identify and mitigate sourcing risks. Negotiates contracts, governing agreements and administers contracts in Ariba, including routing agreements for approvals and signatures and related stakeholder engagements.Ìý

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
� 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
� 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
� Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
� Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
� Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
� Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
� Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
� Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
� Experience working in a shared services environment.
� Knowledge in procurement systems such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.
