What You Will Do

In this role you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of Stryker鈥檚 Transformation Strategies business as a member of the Finance team. This role works directly with the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) commercial teams by supporting the creation and evaluation of multi-divisional sales opportunities to help Stryker Win, Protect and Grow in the ASC and NT markets. You will gain cross-functional experience by working directly with Sales, Flex Financial, Customer Solutions Contracts & Pricing, and divisional finance teams within MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics.

  • Supporting the pre-close deal modeling process, ensuring pricing and profitability across Stryker Divisions/Business Units, along with verifying efficient contract(s) setup. You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics product portfolios as well as insight into strategic pricing initiatives and their impact on Stryker鈥檚 bottom line.
  • Financial modeling and evaluation process for multi-divisional sales opportunities, including assessment of deal structure and profitability
  • Lead coordination across regional functional teams regarding deal modeling, pricing, product cost/margin data, financing, and customer deal structure
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with special projects and strategic partnerships, as required
  • Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, and efficient

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience required
  • Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports
  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and validation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

$69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.聽Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
