Work with Visa Managed Services:
Visa Managed Services (VMS) is part of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the externally facing strategy consulting group of Visa. We draw on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to develop fact-based recommendations to improve client performance.
The VMS team is all about delivery, implementation, and execution. We create squads of delivery consultants to embed within our clients鈥� organizations to help them deliver better results, faster.
This role will be under VMS to partner with our client, a major bank to deliver on their growth ambitions in Corporate Cards and B2B payments.
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate marketing acquisition manager to join and work within a team responsible for the marketing acquisition at one of our strategic partners.
Based in our partners art office in Melbourne, you鈥檒l be responsible for leading marketing acquisition and working cross-functionally to manage end to end campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include
路 Develop & Execute Acquisition Strategies: Create targeted marketing plans designed to attract and engage new customers.
路 Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital and traditional campaigns, ensuring they meet defined performance and compliance standards.
路 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop compelling marketing offers while ensuring regulatory adherence.
路 Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
路 Budget Oversight: Manage allocated marketing budgets to ensure effective resource use and cost-efficient campaign execution.
路 Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
What you will need to be successful:
路 Holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
路 Has 5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or related roles with a proven track record in campaign execution and performance analysis.
路 Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
路 Excels at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
路 Possesses a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
路 Has a Google Marketing Platform certification (plus but not mandatory).
路 Proven experience partnering with digital agencies to develop and optimize innovative marketing campaigns is highly valued.
