We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Frontend Developer who enjoys working with the latest technologies and practices and is inspired to learn new things in new ways. Lead by example � design and build React + TypeScript features that scale, perform fast, and stay easy to maintain.
Own the architecture � set direction for micro-frontends, shared design systems, and component libraries.
Partner with product � work with Product Managers and Design Team to turn business goals into clear, small slices of work.
Guide the team � run technical design sessions, code reviews, and retros; mentor engineers and unblock them when needed.
Keep quality high � drive unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and e2e tests (Playwright) in CI/CD.
Ship safely � effectively manage releases, oversee change management, and ensure that updates are delivered to customers smoothly and without complications.
Work the process � use Scrum or Kanban boards, refine backlogs, and keep work flowing.
Guard the repo � use git flows, pull-request checks, and clear commit history.
Raise the bar � spot gaps, propose fixes, and champion modern web standards across teams.
