We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the White Label Template product team to help deliver solutions to Expedia’s Enterprise partners. The role will involve working with various teams across Expedia Group to ensure our partners have access to the world’s best supply and travel experience.
While Label Template team supports partners across a wide range of segments, including loyalty programs, financial institutions, retail, airlines, and hotels, providing travel solutions to their end users.

What You'll Do:
You will develop close relationships with our partners to understand their needs informing the strategy for your domain.
You will work on a portfolio of products, looking after various roadmaps and continuously prioritizing.
You will work together with your engineering and design teams to transform ideas into reality.
You will build great relationships with our sales and technical teams to ensure products are launched and supported successfully.
You will work with our analytics team to track the performance of your products against targets to evaluate their success.
You will care about your products, advocate for them, believe passionately in them.
Who You Are:
You have 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
You are excited by the accountability that comes with leading a large portfolio of products.
You have outstanding influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization.
You speak knowledgeably with engineers and designers about a problem space, can communicate user stories and know how to build products incrementally.
You can identify the best business opportunities, make prioritization calls, and devise a clear strategy.
You own crafting the vision for a holistic product and demonstrate ability to convincingly communicate & defend the narrative to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
You own creation of a comprehensive and defensible strategic product roadmap that maps target outcomes and KPIs to delivery milestones
You drive decision-making in ambiguous conditions in a way that drives profitability; you can build financial valuations from existing or net new models independently and demonstrate the ability to size a product opportunity
You apply innovative design thinking to improve the overall approach to product experimentation, discovery, and design
You are skilled in storytelling, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution and driving organizational alignment and strategic product leadership through communication

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000 to $242,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $161,000.00 to $225,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $257,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
