Import Process Associate is responsible for completion of assigned tasks related to the importation planning, budget, documentation and logistics related to every shipment within the region until final destination receives the materials.
听
Job Functions:
- Communicates budget need it to dispatch customs taxes and duties on time. Get approvals to align all areas.
- Maintains and secures quality controls to avoid mistakes such as unnecessary extra payments, tariffs and document rectifications.
- Follows defined escalation procedures in reporting problems or repair issues
听
- Create/update controls to provide visibility on certifications/deliveries/and extra inquiries required by the field service & operations team
Position Requirements
鈥� Must have ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
鈥� Must be available to work overtime if need to
鈥� Import-supply chain experience +5years
鈥� MS Windows programs
鈥� Intermediate English
