Operations & Technology plays a central role in driving value for Citi and its clients. It provides the foundation that enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day operational and its long-term growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Operations and Technology operates in the following business lines.
- Treasury and Trade Services Ops (TTS Ops)
- Securities & Banking Ops (S&B Cards)
- Securities and Fund Services Ops (SFS Ops)
- Consumer Ops
- Operations and Technology Risk and Control (OTRC)
- General Services
- Ensuring smooth and error free delivery of the projects/ work assignments as per the project objectives.
- Participate in the automation and standardization initiatives assigned.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and assist in regulatory and financial inspections.
- Understanding rules, regulations and policies across Citi and how these are interconnected and aggregated
- Building knowledge of different markets, products, strategies and associated issues/risks
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Awareness of recent technologies and their application
- Ability to work efficiently within team environments and as an individual contributor
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Undergraduate or Masters APAC 3.0+ EMEA- 2.1
