This is a full-time contractor position, as Manager in our Consulting vertical in Chisinau, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our Moldovan clients and lead high-impact consulting engagements. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities that drive meaningful change and deliver exceptional results.聽聽

Specifically, you will:聽

• Take responsibility for 1-2 projects concurrently, structuring the scope and managing the project plan, resources, and budget.聽

• Participate in advisory consulting engagements for financial services and retail clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.聽

• Demonstrate problem-solving and drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex customer experience problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.聽

• Actively manage client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives and stakeholders.聽

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions with clients to align objectives and strategies.聽

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships that foster trust and collaboration.聽

• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions.聽

• Strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project.聽

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the advisory practice in Moldova.聽

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.聽

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements.聽

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.聽

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.聽

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.聽

• Languages: Romanian and English are must; Russian is a plus.聽
