Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín| Hybrid

Ìý

How a day to day would look like in this role:

Ìý

  • Collaborate in the basic configuration and administration of solutions in Microsoft Azure and multicloud environments.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of automations using tools such as Terraform.

  • Participate in daily operations and incident resolution tasks related to cloud infrastructure.

  • Contribute to the enforcement of security best practices, following established guidelines.

  • Assist in the integration of basic ITSM processes (such as incident and change management) into cloud operations.

  • Support monitoring and observability tasks, ensuring proper platform performance.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams, gaining knowledge of CI/CD and continuous integration practices.
