Job Description
- Import/Export data in Production team and send the data to Planning sections.
- Contact and coordinate with sections concerning as IT, Planning, CS#, etc. to resolve issue as miss take, error data, error system.
- Daily Monitor production schedule of Planning team and coordinate with concerning sections in production to solve the issues to make sure the orders are delivered on time as plan.
- Improve production efficiency, reduce scrap by optimizing the schedule plan and production processes.
- Follow agreed lead-time to prioritize and utilize production capacity to achieve Reliability & Flexibility, UEE (Utilization of Equipment Efficiency) targets.
- Working with Planning team to Support Urgent orders for customer requirements.
- Making Daily Output & Yield Report for Assistant Production Manager.
- Lead a team of Metrics Data analysts of AD Bac Ninh site.
- Implement Metrics SOP, improvements & automation projects in data collection & data formulization.
- Build-up team capability in data analyst & data presentation.
- Other tasks as supervisor/manager required.  Â
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience leading a team in a rapidly changing, team focused environment within a relevant industry.
- Minimum of 2-3 years working in a service/customer & operational environment.
- Good Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Macro, Data Software.
- Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- A high level of comfort working with cross functional partners, and A strong analytical mindset.
- Good team-leader skills & control, working in A high pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and have demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
