This role supports sellers with operational tasks to improve efficiency and maintain a strong customer experience. - Run customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and proactive engagement.
- Be responsible for case management, including quote handling and distributor differences.
- Build positive relationships with Account Managers and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Understand the customer lifecycle to improve service delivery.
- Handle long-term assignments and critical issues optimally.
- Handle end-to-end procurement for software purchases, from needs assessment to sourcing and negotiation.
- Coordinate with all teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
