As part of the Advanced Operations Upper Extremities team, you will lead the development of industrialization projects for medical implants and instruments within an international environment. You will coordinate the efforts of AO team members across various Stryker sites, working in close collaboration with teams from other departments (R&D, Operations, etc.). You will also contribute to establishing and deploying best practices in project management, as well as to implementing the department’s and AO’s overall strategy.Ìý
