The Delivery Center Team Lead is a key role responsible for coordinating a group of individuals within an organization. They provide guidance, support, and mentorship to senior team members, ensuring goals are met and encouraging a productive work environment. Team Leads play a crucial role in driving team performance and supplying to the organization's success. Responsible for the CSP (quoting, Customer pre-check, onboarding, activation, after-sales and support on the tenant allocation and critical issues) for European-based accounts.

Key activities:
- Ensuring operational indicators and SLA compliance.
- Identify process deviations.
- Handle case inventories.
- Team management: performance review, feedback, mentor, talent identification, strengths, etc.
