Dispatch

• Manage finished goods delivery/distribution by planning, implementing, monitoring and coordinating with Customer Service
• department and other functions to ensure that delivery is on time as agreed schedule and satisfied customer expectation at lowest cost.
• Overall control import/export procedures by monitoring forwarding to ensure the imported goods or exported goods are arrived or
• delivered on time as per agreed schedule.
• Manage dispatch area housekeeping (5S) by monitoring and supervising daily activities to ensure that the dispatch area is well
• organized, clean and tidy.
• Manage FG warehouses at customer locations
• Responsible for the safety and working environment in the distribution area by monitoring the operations to ensure that EHS
• standards and local regulations are followed strictly.
• Make logistics (shipment, cost, inventory, etc.) report daily, monthly, etc.

• Degree in a procurement /Supply Chain management/Business Management
• 3-5 years鈥� experience in the logistics field and minimum 2 years鈥� experience in similar capacity.
• Exposure to an ERP system and sound knowledge of MS office packages.
• Knowledge of Google sheets would be an added advantage.
• Proven negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
