The Project Manager Officer (PMO) will be focusing on supporting our end client’s migration plan and driving execution of re-carding exercise through close collaboration with executional stakeholders (MIS, Marketing, Communications, Operations and any other key functional areas in direct engagement with the migration plan).Â
He/she will work closely with the Cards team to support the following scope of work:Â
Migration project setup and governanceÂ
Migration strategy and product mappingÂ
MIS data analysis and customer segmentationÂ
Customer Communications Plan Â
Migration roadmap â€� re-carding cycle and batches  Â
Business costing modelÂ
Migration execution and supportÂ

Qualifications
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any relevant discipline
- 8 years relevant working experience
- Proven track record in project management within the financial services industry, particularly in card migration projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with experience in setting up migration projects, creating roadmaps, and managing timelines
