    • Consulting: Assist customers in understanding their security and business issues, defining clear requirements and priorities, and provide cross-functional support throughout the sales process, from business development to sales execution. 
    • Deal Shaping: Develop and present a technical value proposition that fulfils the customer's specific requirements and highlights SoftwareOnes unique selling proposition. 
    • Market Insight: Analyze the market and competition to develop the best solution strategy. 
    • Developing solutions: Develop architectural and service solutions that are competitive, technically feasible, and deliverable within time and budget constraints, as well as proposals for innovative solutions and services that meet customer requirements. 
    • Proposal presentation: Present all types of proposals from our portfolio with a complete technical overview, including completed projects and use cases. 
    • Solution Design Management: Take responsibility for technical responses to clients in the form of presentations, proposals and RFPs, utilizing expertise from across the business as required. 
    • Safety and Services Proposals: Write compelling security and service-based proposals for clients, collaborate with proposal teams on RFI/RFP responses, and assist account executives in the development of related commercials.  
    • Solution Presentation: Present proposed solutions to the customer to illustrate the benefits and value of the solution and/or service.  
    • Vendor Relationships: Utilize key vendor relationships to ensure solutions can be tailored from all available product and service providers.
