Job Details
You will be responsible for:
- As an Azure Consultation Expert, we will expect you to be owning the implementation of delivery in small, mid, and large multi-national engagements locally and across countries.
- Be engaged with the execution of highly sophisticated consulting services based on standard methodologies.
- Proposing problem-solving activities and approaches for multifaceted customer challenges within engagements.
- Conducting remote workshops with customers including:
- Cloud Fundamentals Workshops for Azure
- Cloud Management Workshops for Azure
- Design sessions to build customer-specific Governance and Infrastructure Design
- Implementing Cloud Resources in Azure including:
- Azure Fundamentals (Enrollment, Subscription, Management Group, RBAC, Tagging, Azure Policy, IaC - Terraform)
- Azure Compute (VMs, Scale Sets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)
- Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)
- Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)
- Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)
- Design for high availability and establish disaster recovery capabilities.
- Monitor, measure, report, analyse and systematically improve system performance and uptime.
- Conducting Azure Cloud Migrations and Facilitating cloud migration preparations.
- Conduct Assessments and Report Generation and Coordinating cloud migration (application owners, vendor support, customer infrastructure support, etc.)
- Knowledge of Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery
- Conduct cutovers and document work
- Facilitate testing, handover, rollbacks/rescheduling if required and Migration Status reporting.
- Solid grasp and exposure working across various services and components in Azure.
- Knowledge of Cloud Architectures - IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, Docker.
- Datacenter Infrastructure Administration
- Lead customers in a remote meeting and communicate clearly & tactfully, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
- Willingness to mentor, teach, and share knowledge with team members and other operational teams.
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in the same field
- Certifications:
- AZ-103/104.
- AZ 303/304/305, or AZ-500 would be an advantage.
