Job Description
鈥� Creation and management of short, mid, and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct, Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any.)
鈥� Creation and improvement of procurement processes in alignment with the stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation and contract approval.
鈥� Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities including local / regional consolidation projects
鈥� Management of procurement systems
鈥� Management of procurement staff in and across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
鈥� Development of the team strategy and support for the employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities听
鈥� Manage and monitor Supplier Performance, lead the development of corrective actions plans and follow-up when there are issues
鈥� Develop and maintain supplier pool
鈥� Ensure subcontractors' compliance with company policies and procedures in coordination with Global Compliance Team.
鈥� Analyze and understand the cost drivers associated with each category/supplier
鈥� Benchmark current products across suppliers and identify consolidation opportunities
鈥� Support procurement aspects of the related projects
Qualifications
听
听鈥� 3-5听听years鈥� experience in procurement听
听鈥� Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners听
听鈥� In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
听鈥� Strong negotiation skills
听鈥� Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems
听鈥� Good communication skills, strategic mindset and problem-solving skills听
听鈥� Good/Excellent written and spoken English
