Skills and Competencies
Ìý
- 3-7+ years of experience in a software or services sales role with a successful track record, preferably selling solutions to the global marketplace.
- Knowledge of or experience working in the insurance or asset management fields is preferred.
- Ability to sell on a needs/solutions approach and influence key decision-makers throughout the full sales lifecycle.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
- Knowledge of CECL/IFRS9 and risk-based capital requirements for insurers is a plus.
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area is required.
- MBA is preferred.

ResponsibilitiesÌý
Ìý
- Lead sales cycles for portfolio credit risk and impairment accounting solutions among insurance firms.
- Manage the full lifecycle sales process, from identifying and prospecting new clients to delivering sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
- Generate new revenue from research, product, and service solutions while defending and growing existing revenue streams to meet established targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite and executive sponsors at client companies, ensuring complete client coverage and satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal partners, including Relationship Managers, Industry Practice Leads, and Product Strategists, to leverage their expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Provide current forecasts and accurate pipeline information to management.
- Represent the company at industry and company-sponsored events as required.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position isÌý$118,300.00Ìý-ÌýÌý$171,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
