Work you'll do
As a Healthcare Solutions Manager you will lead and deliver small engagements, or components of large, complex engagements for healthcare clients. Typical engagements include process improvement, operating model design, competitor benchmarking, cost transformation, customer and product innovation, and growth strategy development. Using a combination of direct management and hands-on delivery, you will craft solutions for clients, guide and oversee the quality of your team's deliverables and recommendations, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships. You will manage performance against monthly SLAs and KPIs. Managers will contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership, play a significant role in business development activities, and own responsibility for the development of junior staff.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years in healthcare management, administration, consulting, or clinical settings (or at least 4 years with MBA/MHA/equivalent master's degree)
- 6+ years of experience with Healthcare Modernization Migrations and the NY product migration
- 6+ years of Healthcare experience with large program, systems and operations implementations
- 3+ years of experience with Healthcare system external facing utilization management systems
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited Sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree; MBA (Master of Business Administration), MHA (Master of Healthcare Administration), or MPH (Master of Public Health
- Hands on Agentic AI tool experience to support next level issue resolution
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, delivery models, medical terminology, and payment systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and data privacy laws
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), healthcare analytics, or digital health tools
- Experience defining future state business process
- Experience planning, tracking and delivering projects using Microsoft Project and documenting processes in Microsoft Visio
- Experience managing and delivering via an Agile/Scrum methodology
- General understanding or familiarity with virtual health, cloud, interoperability, data analytics, and/or automation
