As an Account Executive at Relativity, you will join a motivated team of diverse, growth-minded, and creative people who embody our core values. You will oversee relationships and the full sales and account management process within a named account territory. This role will report to our Senior Manager of Corporate Sales.*Will need to be located in the Chicago area.

Job ResponsibilitiesÌý
Create and execute strategic sales plans within your defined account territoryÌýÌý
Manage and expand the executive-level relationships within existing corporate customer accountsÌýÌý
Exceed sales quota by executing strategic accounts plans and generating, qualifying, managing and closing expansion opportunities with your accountsÌýÌý
Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations , and business review meetings with customersÌýÌý
Build value-inspired business cases tailored to your accountsÌýÌý
Be a product, industry, and corporate segment expertÌýÌý
Coordinate resources and teams across the full sales and account management cycleÌýÌý
Manage and document the details of the sales process in Salesforce and provide regular updates concerning sales and renewal pipelineÌýÌý
Work with our teams to share and learn best practicesÌýÌý

Minimum QualificationsÌý
Experience working for a company within the e-discovery or SaaS software space.Ìý
Proven experience of having owned a sales goal and managed a pipeline process to achieve those goals.Ìý
Proven track record of success in a sales-based role; goal attainment.Ìý

Preferred QualificationsÌý
2+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales or similar experience within an enterprise software company.ÌýÌý
Complex solution selling or customer success management (i.e. experience selling solutions that required your client to realign certain processes)ÌýÌý
Success in territory planning, strategic account planning, and quota achievementÌýÌý
Collaborative with the ability to manage accounts and projects with cross-functional teamsÌýÌý
Communicate with empathy, clarity, accuracy, and efficiencyÌýÌý

Solutions-focused - You identify areas for improvement and bring solutions forwardÌýÌý

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between following values
$117,000 and $176,000The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.Ìý
