Role Description & Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about transforming Aerospace & Defense through innovation and collaboration? As an Aerospace & Defense R&D Customer Strategic Partnership Requirement Manager- Based in Bellevue, WA-Hybrid, you’ll work closely with leading A&D clients to help them navigate complex transformation challenges. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll bridge customer needs and R&D execution, translating vision into tangible innovation across the value chain.
You’ll play a critical role in defining and managing requirements across industry processes within a customer’s strategic value stream. In partnership with internal Brand and Industry teams, you’ll help improve our portfolio of Industry Processes and RolesÌýwhile guiding clients through current and future transformation journeys and participating in the development of new-generation AI products.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Analyze current (AS-IS) and define future (TO-BE) customer use cases in the context of R&D strategies and industrial value.
- Translate customer needs into actionable business requirements, prioritizing initiatives that drive value—from delivery plans to enhancement requests.
- Draft and submit detailed Product Enhancement Requests (PERs) and collaborate with R&D Brand teams to design and implement the right solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Dassault Systèmes� R&D teams—ensuring mutual understanding, alignment, and solution relevance.
- Align delivery timelines with customer program milestones and validate R&D responses to confirm expectations are met.
- Maintain consistency across industry processes when working across multiple customers or value streams.
- Evaluate delivered features in line with 3DEXPERIENCE platform standards and customer expectations.
- Capture and interpret User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, escalating concerns when needed to ensure delivery excellence.
- Bring value to life through storytelling, solution demos, and clear communication, tailored to each client’s context.

Qualifications:
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Bachelor’s degree in- Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science- or related field- required.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 3â€�5 years of relative experience
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Strong domain knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry, with focus on PLM, or digital transformation.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Proven ability to bridge customer-facing and technical teams with clarity and confidence.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify the complex and tell a compelling story.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Strategic, analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving change
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Some Travel is required as needed
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Preferred Language-- English is required (French is a Plus)

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and familiarity with CATIA and SIMULIA solutions is a strong plus.
