We're seeking someone to join our team as Corporate Services (CS) Sustainability Group Director to contribute to our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategic and tactical work.

What you will bring to the role:
- Critical thinking, problem solving, clear communication, client focused contributions, and delivery of timely, high-quality solutions.
- Effective communicator on climate-related issues, and experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing financial budgets and forecasting.
- Familiarity with the evolving climate regulations and standards with experience supporting regulatory ESG compliance.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
What you will do in the role:
- 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Support strategy development and execution for the CS Sustainability Group.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships within CS and across the Firm (e.g., the Global Sustainability Office, Finance, Technology, etc.).
- Manage CS Sustainability Working Groups and Task Force to effectively stand-up an integrated CS Sustainability operating model.
- Support CS Sustainability operations reporting and oversight.
- Manage Sustainability financials, including Renewables Procurement
- Drive CS Sustainability employee engagement communications and initiatives.
- Support development of strategic initiatives, tactical analytics, and cross functional partnerships.
- Create effective presentations and support stakeholder management at all levels of the organization.
- Complete tasks and project work by progressing them both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
