As a Meeting and Events Associate on Stryker’s Endoscopy team, you will help bring high-impact customer and employee experiences to life by coordinating and delivering seamless, engaging, and memorable events. You’ll support a wide range of meetings, from executive leadership events to hands-on customer site visits. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the coordination and execution of logistical details for Executive Leadership and large-scale meetings and events, including office space, communications, invitations, registration, travel, lodging, food and beverage, A/V needs, billing, and evaluations, in partnership with catering, facilities, and security teams (excluding SAC events).
- Assist with communication, scheduling, and usage guidelines for large conference rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure smooth operations
- Manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Provide reliable support before, during, and after meetings, including onsite logistics and attendee coordination.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to contribute to the successful planning and execution of programs and events.
- Create positive and engaging experiences for internal and external attendees by focusing on details and quality service.
- Assist with coordination of approximately 2 customer experience visits per quarter in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Work with cross-functional partners across business units and departments to support aligned event goals and logistics.
- Ensure meetings and events follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Contribute to post-event feedback collection and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders through strong communication and collaboration.
- Support the planning and execution of key Endoscopy Division events, such as divisional sales meetings and mid-year meetings.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and positive team engagement by being proactive and team oriented.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0+ years of work experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- Internship or 1+ years of work experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, communication, or customer engagement
- Familiarity with event planning tools and basic project management platforms
