Job Details
We are looking for a talented designer who can research and develop user workflows and translate them into low � high fidelity concepts, mock-ups and prototypes used for concept evaluations. Work will include supporting the design process from concept development through implementation.
What you will do:
You will work with an experienced team member to�
Create journey maps, sketches and prototypes to visualize ideas.
Plan and lead workshops to synthesize research and inspire ideas and solutions.
Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points as well as explore new opportunities.
Translate insights from customer research into design concepts, wireframes and prototypes.
Communicate insights and designs to all key stakeholders.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and product usage.
Create high-fidelity mock-ups and/or prototypes used for specifications and visual communication to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders (clinical specialists, engineers, product owners, marketing and sales) to ensure project success and foster positive working relationships as a key member of the team.
What you will need:
Required:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
Solid understanding of design processes and tools.
Proficient in Figma, FigJam and Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Your high degree of adaptability and flexibility makes it easy for you to integrate into an existing team and to operate in a complex international environment.
A very good command of English round off your profile.
Preferred:
You have already gained work experience in medical device design or other highly regulated industries. We also welcome recent graduates with relevant internship experience who are eager to learn and grow.
Experience with complex hardware and software systems.
Strong visual design skills (Graphic Design, Illustration, Color analysis, etc.).
3D rendering (KeyShot or other tools) for creating product images used for illustration and instructional purposes.
Design documentation (Specifications, version controls, component and asset naming conventions).

This is a one-year fixed-term position.
