Roles and Responsibilities
This role utilizes your deep understanding of the Manufacturing Execution System space. While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your MES capabilities.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solution within MES
- Lead discussions with business to understand needs and requirements, translating requirements into MES functionality, and collaborate with technical architects ensuring technically feasible and scalable technology application solutions
- Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for MES solutions
- Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping to resolve clients' challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
- Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in MES's newest and future solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing MES (Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva) technology application solutions - (solution design, install, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades).
- 5 years of experience conducting the following activities: Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, developing functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing (INT,UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model.
- Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Experience Leading 2+ MES implementations and System Architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
- Prior Consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience working with the (Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva) platform.
- Certification provided by software vendor
- Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and effective manner
- Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data.
- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks.
- Ability to communicate technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject.
- Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels.
- Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
