Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
� 8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
� 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
� 5+ years of experience in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited to Java, JavaScript, etc.�
� 5+ years of experience with source control, build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Ansible
� Proficient in implementing design patterns and hands on knowledge of Spring, SQL, MongoDB or similar
� Experience with web service standards and related patterns (REST, JSON)
� Experience developing large scale, enterprise class distributed system or subsystems that require high availability, low latency, & strong data consistency computing
� Experience implementing solutions for low-latency, distributed services using open standard technologies
� Demonstrate knowledge and experience in software engineering best practices and the ability to influence the team to adopt the practices
� Demonstrate the ability in inspiring, motivating, growing the team to achieve high team engagement, efficiency, and quality
� In-depth understanding of agile principles, demonstrating expertise in running agile teams in an enterprise setting
� Strong communication skills, be able to influence executive teams and other organizations on decisions, and proven collaboration skills with other groups
� Be data driven, understand the need for and applying analytics
� Self-motivated with strong drive for excellence
� Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

� Experience working on consumer facing product collaborating with multiple teams that have different development models, release cycles, and developer needs

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travelÌý5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.Ìý The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 135,300.00 to 196,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
