We are seeking a Product Marketing Analyst to join the Pismo Product Marketing & Content team to help tell the story of Pismo and boost our market presence globally. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market strategy, playing a crucial role in empowering our sales force by developing compelling narratives and creating impactful sales materials that align with our GTM strategy. You'll be responsible for generating actionable insights from product usage, market intelligence, and customer feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and enablement across our product portfolio. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for technology and team spirit. Sales Enablement: Equip Sales with the assets and training they need to convey Pismo's value, close deals, and shine in front of prospects.
Technical Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand technical capabilities and translate them into compelling value propositions. Support the creation of technically accurate product briefings, solution briefs, and demo scripts.
Market Intelligence: Be the guru of our competitive landscape and key audiences, continuously updating our messaging with fresh insights.
B2B Campaign Development: Work hand-in-hand with the Growth team to craft and execute marketing campaigns that capture attention and generate demand.
Performance Monitoring: Dive into data to track and report on KPIs like impressions, clicks, web visitors, and more, ensuring our strategies hit the mark.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a vital connector between Product, Marketing, and Sales, developing strategies and resources that drive unified success.
Regional Alignment: Work closely with regional teams to bridge global strategies with local insights, ensuring our approach resonates with diverse markets and addresses unique local needs.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Keep executives and other key stakeholders in the loop with clear updates on enablement strategies, progress, and results.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Skilled Storyteller: Possess a deep empathy for users and adapt communication styles to effectively engage diverse audiences, highlighting Pismo's unique value. Excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Tech Enthusiast: Have a strong passion for technology, eager to understand how things work, and capable of translating complex technical concepts into accessible, everyday language.
- Fintech Industry Exposure: Have some exposure to or interest in the banking, payments, or SaaS industry, offering a foundational understanding and enthusiasm for learning more about the market landscape.
- Analytical Thinker: Possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Organizational Pro: Efficiently manage complex, interdependent projects, ensuring various workstreams remain aligned and on schedule.
- Collaborative Team Member: Work seamlessly across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other departments across Visa, leveraging diverse expertise to successfully execute initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Experience in global roles collaborating with regional teams
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 84,600 to 149.550 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
