- Project Manager focused on Help Desk operations
Lead the implementation of contracted services.
Place the services of the operations and/or projects assigned to you in stable operation
Establish the requirements of the operations and/or projects assigned to you.
Propose operation models that help the proper functioning of the processes.
Define metrics for operations and/or projects.
Ensure that service operation processes are met as agreed.
Generate the reports required by the organization and/or the client.
Develop comprehensive, practical and useful plans for the area, including task analysis.
Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that generate continuous improvement actions
Present and support reports for the business unit associated with projects and/or operations and those required by the client.
Maintain the financial health of projects.
