Position Summary The Sales Administration focus plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Provides technical and administrative information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts and updates the automated tracking system, e.g., CRM. Provides sales documentation and satisfies customer requirements. Duties, Task and Responsibilities:- Deliver an unmatched customer experience for products and services while optimizing partner relationships.
- Creates the value of the product which includes the following:
- Generate Quote and submit for approvals
- Enter Sales Order
- Generate & Review Contact
- Submit Contract to Account Executive and/or Customer
- Execute Contract Revisions
- Generate, attach configuration and profile reports to sales order
- Stock Orders (3PL) as required
- Virtual Order Mgmt. as required
- Establish Customer and Partner Commitment to Ensure Execution
- Receive & review contract accuracy
- Submit contact to Legal for execution
- Systems Holds & Alerts
- Execute Order Revisions
- Book Sales Order & Action System holds
- Exception Management (Expediting)
- Customer & Partner Expectation & Execution Management
- Early Release Execution and Escalation
- Manage Holds & Alerts on Sales Orders
- Order Revisions
- Provide a weekly order status report to account executive
- A bachelor’s in business administration, supply chain, or in a related discipline is preferred and or prior experience (1 to 3 years of experience) in the field of customer service is preferred for this position.
- Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences for continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oracle and Salesforce Experience Preferred
