POSITION SUMMARY:
Food & Beverage is constantly evolving, with consumers looking for true Omnichannel experiences to meet their shopping needs. Overall, shopper marketing plays a crucial role in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for consumers. It helps companies connect with shoppers at the point of purchase and create meaningful interactions that drive business growth. Putting our shoppers at the center of everything we do, this role supports and partners with the NUSA Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to drive the category and conversion of NUSA products. We are seeking a digitally savvy Shopper Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for NUSA brands for Walmart and Sam’s Club.Ìý

RESPONSIBILITIES:
â€� Ìý ÌýLead Shopper Marketing Strategy and Execution for Walmart and Sam’s Club, identifying the core shopper insights, setting objectives, developing & executing the omni-channel plans to deliver business goals and meet or exceed KPIs across the shopper journey.
â€� Ìý ÌýLead the management of agencies and vendors that includes briefing, evaluating strategy and creative, communication across key stakeholders.
â€� Ìý ÌýLead the development of shopper programming with an omnichannel approach (Paid Search, Digital Media, POS, etc) that includes partnering with Retail Media Network, creative and media agency partners and internal stakeholders to maximize the shopper investment.
â€� Ìý ÌýOwn relationship with Walmart Connect and MAP to drive performance accountability and maintain strong understanding of evolving capabilities.
â€� Ìý ÌýBuild compelling selling tools/presentations to aid Sales partners in securing retailer support of distribution, key promotions, etcâ€�
â€� Ìý ÌýSteer strategic internal annual planning on the Joint Business Planning - requires liaising with customer team through the development their customer plans that are aligned with the customer's problem to solve and NUSA priorities.
â€� Ìý ÌýShare out of program measurement, evaluation, and analysis. Demonstrates the ability to optimize future programs to deliver the best return. Test & learn mentality to evaluate omni-commerce tactics and cutting-edge program activation elements.
â€� Ìý ÌýOwn collaborative relationship with Sales Team, Sales Category, Division brand team and strategist to build, optimize and execution Shopper Marketing plans for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
â€� Ìý ÌýBuild and maintains multi-discipline relationships within the organization and with the retailer, including developing and delivering presentations to gain buy-in and to drive results. Examples are inclusive of, but not limited to: Annual Planning, Retailer line reviews, Retailer sales meetings, Investment requests, etc.
â€� Ìý ÌýEffectively managing the specific customer shopper marketing budget, with responsibility for both working and non-working dollars.
â€� Ìý ÌýSupport digital shelf execution with agency partners and digital shelf team

REQUIREMENTS:
â€� Ìý ÌýMinimum of 5 years of CPG brand/marketing/sales and/or Shopper Marketing experience
â€� Ìý ÌýBachelor’s degreeÌý
â€� Ìý Ìý4+ years of traditional CPG Shopper marketing role preferred.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýWMC / MAP experience preferred
â€� Ìý ÌýAgency management experience required
â€� Ìý ÌýIntermediate to advanced analytics, digital/e-commerce and omni-commerce knowledge
â€� Ìý ÌýGeneral manager mindset, thought leader and skilled collaborator with strong communication (clear and concise storytelling)
â€� Ìý ÌýExperience in Sales & Marketing, leveraging shopper insights to activation, leading marketing and/or shopper communication internally and externally
â€� Ìý ÌýStrong attention to detail and follow through.
â€� Ìý ÌýThrives in change and comfortable with ambiguity.
â€� Ìý ÌýAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

â€� Ìý ÌýAdvanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
