Morgan Stanley's Cybersecurity Department is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to work within our Product team supporting our Cloud & Platform Security teams and will focus on securely enabling the availability of Public Cloud AI services to our internal developers.
Our Product team ensures we deliver meaningful security outcomes, and partner successfully across the Morgan Stanley Enterprise Technology organizations.
This role requires an outgoing individual who can collaborate with empathy and communicate with clarity across a matrixed organization of technical staff, risk professionals and senior leaders. The role reports to the Head of Product for Cloud & Platform Security and Developer Enablement.
Responsibilities:- Lead customer and stakeholder discovery, and partnership.
- Drive the management, socialization, and evolution of the product roadmap.
- Enable the engineering team to work in an agile manner, with clear direction and feedback on priorities and deliverables.
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap with collaboration across teams, including the identification and communication of dependencies and risks.
- Ensure the individual product strategy is aligned and integrated within our wider organization strategy.
- Understand the industry and market your product is in and apply that knowledge to customer interactions and the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain customer community and engagement for the product.
- Champion the team’s customer successes.
- Experience within Product Management.
- A technical background that enables probing conversations with customers and discussion with the product engineering team.
- Experienced within a modern software engineering environment and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering outcomes in matrix organizations, influencing partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration across teams and roles.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in delivering within an agile development environment.
- Experienced in delivering products/solutions/services in Public / Private Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Cloud Service Provider strategies for AI services.
- Experienced in delivering products/solutions/services within the developer ecosystem.
- Experienced working in large complex organizations within a highly regulated industry.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $170,000 per year for Vice President at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
