Job Details
- As a Delivery Solution Architect specializing in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on AWS technologies, you will design and implement robust, scalable, and cutting-edge solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams, understanding business needs, and delivering end-to-end data and AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and ensuring technical excellence in the projects you support.
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into AWS-based data and AI solutions.
- Design end-to-end architectures for data pipelines, analytics platforms, and AI/ML workloads using AWS services.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with AWS best practices.
- AWS Platform Expertise:Ìý
- Utilize AWS services to build modern data and AI platforms, including but not limited to:
- Data Lakes: Amazon S3, AWS Lake Formation
- Data Warehouses: Amazon Redshift
- Data Processing: AWS Glue, Amazon EMR
- AI/ML Services: Amazon SageMaker, AWS AI Services (Comprehend, Rekognition, Lex, etc.)
- Serverless Computing: AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS/Fargate
- Implement and manage IAM policies, VPC configurations, and other security measures.
- Technical Leadership:Ìý
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams during project execution.
- Conduct architectural reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide teams to resolution.
- Data Engineering and Integration:
- Design and implement ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue, Step Functions, and Lambda.
- Enable seamless integration of data across diverse sources into data lakes or warehouses.
- Utilize AWS Data Migration Service (DMS) for on-premises to cloud data migrations.
- AI/ML Implementation:
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models using Amazon SageMaker.
- Design pipelines for training, validating, and deploying models in production using MLOps best practices.
- Leverage AWS AI services for natural language processing, image recognition, and other cognitive tasks.
- Performance Optimization and Security:
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost-efficiency, high availability, and performance.
- Implement security best practices, including encryption (KMS), fine-grained IAM roles, and secure API endpoints.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 using AWS tools and services.
- Documentation and Collaboration:
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and workflows.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
