Jennifer Boicic (She/Her)


Jennifer Boicic is a highly accomplished professional, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at ServiceNow. With boundless enthusiasm, she actively promotes DEI initiatives and drives the progress of 9 employee belonging groups (EBGs) throughout the organization. Jennifer's extensive experience spans over 16 years, during which she has excelled in various roles such as sales engineering, management, and partnerships. Remarkably, she pursued her MBA from UCLA while working full-time, showcasing her dedication and commitment to personal growth. As a trailblazer in her family, being the first to pursue higher education, and as a Latina working in the tech industry, Jennifer's passion for diversity and inclusion runs deep. She is wholeheartedly invested in opening doors for the next generation of talented individuals. Notably, she spearheaded the establishment of the first-ever Latinx EBG at ServiceNow. In addition to her responsibilities at ServiceNow, Jennifer actively contributes to various leadership nonprofit boards, devising strategies for diversity recruitment and is a graduate of HITEC’s Emerging Executive Program. Daniela was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and currently lives in New York, NY and works at ServiceNow as a Senior Solutions Consultant for the Risk and ESG solutions, covering LATAM while also supporting the Unidos at ServiceNow EBG as the Operations Lead. Daniela relocated to the U.S. to pursue her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where she studied IT Management and Political Science. Throughout her career, Daniela recognizes the benefit Latino and Hispanic groups and mentors had in her assimilation in a new culture and has held leadership roles in such groups for the past 5 years. In her free time, Daniela enjoys running, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with family.

Metro area with Colombian roots as a first generation American; Jeff is a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow working with Financial Services customers to ensure they are successfully utilizing the platform while also being responsible as the Marketing and Communications Lead for Unidos at ServiceNow, one of many Employee Belonging Groups at ServiceNow. Jeff obtained an undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Criminology and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, English Bulldog and black cat; however, he is also on the Board of Directors for the Latino Economic Development Center, a regional non-profit that serves communities with the skills and financial tools to thrive, a delegate for the Minority Student Achievement Advisory Committee for Loudoun County Public Schools, advocating for minority students to the school board on a variety of topics and issues, and a member of the Pan American Symphony Orchestra of Washington, D.C., a culturally immersive experience that bridges the gap of Latino representation in the arts in the Washington, D.C. area.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Mayte held senior product roles as Director of Co-Innovation for GE Digital, and led the development of IIOT applications for manufacturing and field services. She worked as the lead Product Manager for AutoCAD Web at Autodesk and at Philips Electronics in their smart lighting unit. Sydni Perry-Anderson (she/her) is the TransWork Administrator with the Independence Business Alliance, Greater Philadelphia’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. TransWork addresses economic disparity in the trans community, focusing on connecting job-seekers and entrepreneurs with supportive and affirming employers and business partnerships. It was launched in 2018, and is the first trans economic empowerment project housed within a chamber of commerce. Prior to joining the IBA and TransWork, Sydni worked in nonprofit fundraising and spent several years as a bicycle mechanic. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2022 with a double major in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Political Science. Her honors thesis in W.G.S.S. explored the different structural systems that impact arguments used to advocate for and against including trans student-athletes in interscholastic sports, and she also has experience working as an administrative assistant in both the School of Law and Department of W.G.S.S. during college. Having recently moved back to Philadelphia after college, she is excited and inspired by working for her community. Robyn Grable is the Founder and CEO of Talents ASCEND and Veterans ASCEND, now part of The ASCEND Collective (501c3), which she created to help employers invest in a skills-based talent acquisition strategy that is an intentional model of inclusivity for military talent, people with disabilities and justice-involved candidates. An award-winning advocate, speaker, author, entrepreneur, CEO, and proud Navy veteran Robyn Grable does many things. Yet woven throughout her diverse pursuits is a mission of service—and a passion to give a voice for underserved talent to be included. Her unwavering commitment to inclusive employment is well-served by her corporate and military experience, including more than 30 years of private sector human resources after nine years of service in the U.S. Navy. Her ongoing study of America’s workforce has made her a leading voice on advocacy, removing barriers and providing connections to successful employment for our underserved talent pools. In recognition of her work, Robyn was named among the 2023 GSA Women of Influence and a 2023 Veteran Champion of the Year in Corporate America by G.I. Jobs Magazine. In the private sector she focused primarily on workforce management, human capital planning, recruitment, process and procedure evaluation, strategic alignment and relationship management. She created skills assessment programs at blue chip companies McDonald’s Corporation and McGraw-Hill and during her tenure as a Strategic Client Partner at ADP, a leading human capital management firm, Robyn successfully managed and grew the largest client portfolio of Fortune 100 companies. Today she is focused entirely on ensuring the skills of veterans, military spouses, the disability community and second-chance candidates are recognized and valued for their talent and that America’s employers implement intentional change to realize the full value of diversity, equity and inclusion for all to truly ascend.

REBEKAH GREER MELOCIK is a lyricist and bookwriter. Her work with composer-collaborator, Jacob Yandura, includes WRINGER (dir: Stephen Brackett), THE LAST QUEEN OF CANAAN (book: Harrison David Rivers) and HOW TO DANCE IN OHIO (dir: Sammi Cannold), which starts performances on Broadway on Nov 15, 2023. Recognitions / residencies include: SPACE on Ryder Farm residency, Jonathan Larson Grant finalist, NAMT Festival of New Musicals, Ars Nova’s UNCHARTED residency, the Johnny Mercer Writers Grove at Goodspeed Musicals, the York Theatre's NEO residency, the Yale Institute for Music Theatre, the Dramatists Guild fellowship, the Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project, Rhinebeck Writers Retreat, Cap21’s Writers Residency and Ars Nova’s ANT Fest. Rebekah holds a B.A. in Poetry from University of Southern California and an M.F.A from New York University’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program. She also has written stories for the award-winning educational company Chess At Three.

Imani Russell [they/them] is a queer Black+Boricua multi-hyphenate artist from Crown Heights (unceded Lenape land). Trained in classical music, musical theatre, and acting, Imani has performed off-Broadway and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe (EFF), and is an emerging voice actor. As a songwriter under the name NANí, they recently released a two-song EP titled "sweetbitter creature", and have an album coming out in 2024. Imani believes in art as an act of love and community.
